When will I receive my order?

We typically send out all orders in 2 business days. Depending on your location, you should receive the order in 5-10 business days for Europe, 7-14 business days for North America, and around 15-25 business days anywhere else. If this time has passed and your order has yet to arrive, please get in touch with us at info@amatamoments.com. Include your order number for faster problem-solving.

Do I have to pay customs taxes?

Orders headed to the US and EU won't be hit with customs tax. However, for some countries (like the UK, Canada, and Switzerland), there might be extra charges such as customs duties, VAT, or other taxes upon delivery. We don't have any say in these fees, and we can't control them. That means we're not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or duties that pop up during delivery to these countries. If any charges do appear, they'll be the recipient's responsibility.

How much will I pay for shipping on such large items?

Great news! Shipping in Europe, including the UK, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries, is free! However, shipping costs vary depending on the item and its destination in the US, Mexico, and Canada.

Shipping to USA, Canada, and Mexico:

  • Single chair – 82€
  • Double chair – 285€
  • Picnic table – 230€
  • Mini picnic table – 55€

Are the shipments insured against damage?

All products are insured during shipping for your peace of mind. If your order happens to arrive damaged (though it's unlikely), don't worry! Just get in touch with us within 72 hours of delivery, and include photos of both the damaged box and the item. This helps us sort things out with the insurance. We'll be in touch with you throughout the entire process.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do. Shipping in Europe, including the UK, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries, is free!

Can I return an item?

You have 14 days after your order arrives to decide whether to return it. After that, we can't give you a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item, please note that the customer provides return shipping and all possible fees. Read the full returns/refund policy.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and its estimated delivery date.
